This program is designed to emulate professional summer stock theatre through the rehearsal process and culminating in a full run of a show on our mainstage.
Many moons ago in a far-off place, Queen Aggravain decreed no couples could marry until her son, Prince Dauntless, found a bride. Princesses came from far and wide to win the hand of the prince, but none could pass the impossible tests given to them by the Queen. That is, until the “shy” swamp princess, Winnifred the Woebegone, showed up. Would she be able to pass the Sensitivity Test, marry her prince and help Lady Larken and Sir Harry to the altar? Carried on a wave of wonderful songs, by turns hilarious and raucous, romantic and melodic, this rollicking spin on the classic tale The Princess and the Pea provides some side-splitting shenanigans. For after all, a princess is a delicate thing.

Registration is refundable except a $50 non-refundable deposit plus the registration fee and must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the first class. Refunds WILL NOT be given following any casting decision if a child does not choose to accept the offered role. No roles are pre-cast or guaranteed in advance, though every child registered is guaranteed to be part of the production. Casting is solely based upon the audition with all final decisions being made by the professional instructors. If class needs to be cancelled prior to starting, full tuition will be refunded; If classes are cancelled or your child becomes ill during the program a pro-rated refund for the remainder of classes will be given. All payment plans must be completed prior to performance week.
