How much are tickets?

Tickets start at $28, and prices depend on the day you attend and the location of your seats. Students, Military and seniors (60+) are eligible for a $2 discount. All discounts apply only to the initial ticket price at point of purchase.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets may be bought online, over the phone or in person at the box office. The office is open Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, cash and checks. If ordering 15+ tickets, please contact our office to request a group reservation.

How do I get my tickets?

If bought online, tickets can be sent as a mobile ticket or held at will call to be picked up 30 minutes prior to your performance. If purchased in person, tickets can be printed, sent as a mobile ticket or held at will call. Season tickets can be delivered by mail or held at will call.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Yes! Up to 48 hours before your scheduled performance, you can exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show. There is a $5 exchange fee. Season ticket holders and members get free exchanges for another performance of the same show.

Can I get a refund?

We have a strict NO REFUND policy, but we understand that life happens. If we are given at least 48 hours notice and are able to resell your seats, we will give you an account credit to be used on another show. We also offer exchanges for another performance of the same show so you can find another date that works best for you!

What if I missed my show?

What if my show is cancelled?

The Titusville Playhouse does not cancel performances due to inclement weather, except in extenuating circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, all ticket holders will be contacted regarding their options.

What if I can’t use or exchange my ticket?

Donate them back! Upon request, our office is able to provide a donation acknowledgement letter for your tax records after the production has closed. The deadline to return and donate tickets is two hours before your scheduled show time. The theatre staff holds the right to reseat/resell any seat not checked in at the time of the performance without refund.

Can kids attend shows?

Typically, theatre does not come with ratings. As a courtesy, we rate all of our productions so you know if it is appropriate for the whole family. We ask that the patron researches the show to make an appropriate decision for themselves. We do offer family-friendly productions every year as well as field trip shows. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please contact the box office.

Devices are allowed, but they must be silenced and put away during the performance. Photography and videography of any kind will not be allowed due to copyright law.

For all shows, the doors will open 30 minutes before the show begins. Arrive in time to find parking, pick up your tickets and get a drink at the bar.

Management reserves the right to refund and refuse admission to any person or eject someone without a refund if they cause a disturbance. The theatre also holds the right to resell any seat not checked in at the time of the performance.

The Titusville Playhouse strives to maintain a harassment-free workplace and environment both in-person and online. Abusive treatment of audience members, students, volunteers, artists, or staff will not be tolerated, including any form of harassment or discrimination (verbal, physical, or written) based on race, nationality, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability status or any other legally protected identity. Any person determined to have engaged in such behavior, whether on Titusville Playhouse property, at Titusville Playhouse sponsored events, online through social media or by phone will be prevented from engaging further and asked not to return.
