Can I get a refund?
We have a strict NO REFUND policy, but we understand that life happens. If we are given at least 48 hours notice and are able to resell your seats, we will give you an account credit to be used on another show. We also offer exchanges for another performance of the same show so you can find another date that works best for you!
What if I missed my show?
Unfortunately, unless the box office is notified at least 48 hours before your performance, we can not offer an exchange or refund.
What if my show is cancelled?
The Titusville Playhouse does not cancel performances due to inclement weather, except in extenuating circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, all ticket holders will be contacted regarding their options.
What if I can’t use or exchange my ticket?
Donate them back! Upon request, our office is able to provide a donation acknowledgement letter for your tax records after the production has closed. The deadline to return and donate tickets is two hours before your scheduled show time. The theatre staff holds the right to reseat/resell any seat not checked in at the time of the performance without refund.

How can I get involved at the Titusville Playhouse?
How do I get on stage?
We hold auditions multiple times a year, and anyone who wants to can come. Check out our auditions page if you are interested in performing.
Can kids attend shows?
Typically, theatre does not come with ratings. As a courtesy, we rate all of our productions so you know if it is appropriate for the whole family. We ask that the patron researches the show to make an appropriate decision for themselves. We do offer family-friendly productions every year as well as field trip shows. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please contact the box office.
Do children need their own tickets?
Due to fire code, everyone is required to have a ticket regardless of age.
Are phones and electronic devices allowed in the theatre?
Devices are allowed, but they must be silenced and put away during the performance. Photography and videography of any kind will not be allowed due to copyright law.
What time can I arrive?
For all shows, the doors will open 30 minutes before the show begins. Arrive in time to find parking, pick up your tickets and get a drink at the bar.
What if I lost something at the theatre?
Patrons may call the office to see if any lost items have been turned in.
How should I dress?
We invite guests to dress comfortably in casual or semi-casual attire. Layers are encouraged as indoor temperatures may fluctuate.
What if I arrive late for the show?
ALL late seating is at the discretion of the house manager and is not guaranteed once the performance has begun.
What if drama happens off the stage?
Management reserves the right to refund and refuse admission to any person or eject someone without a refund if they cause a disturbance. The theatre also holds the right to resell any seat not checked in at the time of the performance.
