This program is designed to emulate professional summer stock theatre through the rehearsal process and culminating in a full run of a show on our mainstage.
The new musical, Freaky Friday, based on the beloved 1972 novel by Mary Rodgers and the hit Disney films. When an overworked mother and her teenage daughter magically swap bodies, they have just one day to put things right again. Freaky Friday, a new musical based on the celebrated novel by Mary Rodgers and the hit Disney films, is a heartfelt, comedic, and unexpectedly emotional update on an American classic. By spending a day in each other’s shoes, Katherine and Ellie come to appreciate one another’s struggles, learn self-acceptance, and realize the immeasurable love and mutual respect that bond a mother and daughter.

Steps to Broadway classes are weekdays June 2-13 from 9:00am-5:00pm. June 16-18 from 4:00-9:00. Performances will be Thursday, June 19 – Saturday, June 21.

NOTE: THIS IS A REGISTRATION FOR A CLASS! Tickets will go on sale after the first class. Registration is refundable except a $50 non-refundable deposit plus the registration fee and must be requested at least 2 weeks before the first class.
